McGill University is highly regarded as one of Canada's, and the world's, best universities.

The Law Faculty at McGill was Canada's first, and over the years it has been the intellectual home to some of Canada's most eminent public figures, including two prime ministers: John J.C. Abbott was a member of the inaugural Faculty, Wilfrid Laurier was valedictorian in 1864.

In 1972, David Cohen graduated from this esteemed institution and subsequently registered with the Canadian Bar Association and the Quebec Bar Association. He has been practicing Canada immigration law since 1974.
